Tried to do an insurance order with repeated calls, left info online, etc and never a response. If trying to use insurance seems process doesn't work.

As of right now I had to pay $11.82 for first class postage to have my package delivered. I have been talking to Corrine dealing with this matter. She said it has been turned over to the mailing dept. I was now suppose to pay no POSTAGE at all so please fix this matter for me. I sent a copy of the receipt from the mailman with the POSTAGE DUE. I feel you like I am getting the run around. The equipment is very good but my problem will stop me from recommending you to someone else. Cheryl
