As anyone who uses a chin strap along with a CPAP knows, the velcro on the strap "dies" in about 3 months, but insurance only pays for a new chin strap every six months. Therefore for three months the patient is dealing with straps that are iffy at best and won't hold at the worst. Being able to purchase a new chin strap at a VERY reasonable price is GREAT. I look forward to doing business with Cheap CPAP Supplies again in the future.
