Great customer service!

I feel it's important to make things right when things go sideways and Chantecaille did just that. We are from Seattle where exteme weather usually means rain & cold, not extreme heat. We are staying in Phoenix because of a needed medical procedure. We had originally arrived for an evaluation over 3 weeks so I did not pack beyond that. A critical situation has turned our stay into months. This weather is new to us. Phoenix has ugly dust storms & cleanser isn't something you want to be without. I put in an order and the tube of cleanser, while unopened, appeared to be less in volume than normally expected. I contacted customer service to inquire about potential concentration or (?) during shipping within a 120°+ environment and they gladly accepted my return for a replacement. My replacement product was received in perfect order and I am grateful for their commitment to their customers and products.
