Product didn’t work like it had in the past. Super disappointing!!

I bought the pastel and needed the viral… didn’t realize. Opened and used product so can’t return and am not getting results I wanted (because wrong product). Dumb!!

I tried contacting your company left a couple messages in the voicemail have not heard anything from anyone really have tried to return this product

I paid $90 for shampoo and conditioner with expedited shipping on December 26th. It took 2 messages to customer support to get a reply. The second time they said they would refund my shipping fee. It still has not been refunded. I have not received my items even though it says “delivered. ” DO NOT ORDER
