Overall, no complaints, but find it weird that there is no tracking information provided on the shipment email, nor under my order. If I wasn't signed up for USPS' Informed Delivery, I wouldn't know when to expect the package.

It took a long time for my products to ship from the warehouse, overall though I was happy with the products.

Great products. Just wish the price was lower.

the conditioner is too pale to actually take away the brass /yellow - there needs to be a picture of the product colour in the description for customers to view exactly what colour / consistency the product have
