Not only is this product adorable but the customer service is excellent! I sent a gift and it didn’t fit. My friend was able to call and get personal service on how to measure to ensure the right fit. She made an exchange with no problem at all!

Ive had had about a dozen surgeries requiring me to be on crutches off and for the last 20 years. When I first saw these CastCoverz in Vail CO I knew that’s what I wanted. They are so comfortable and last forever. I’ve had 3 sets and just ordered another set! Thank you CastCoverz!

I unfortunately or fortunately to know about cast coverz have been a customer for many years. I just had my 7th surgery on a smashed wrist that they put back together. Cast coverz protect my clothes my surroundings and it’s FUN ! Thank you

I ordered the medium bootguardz xtreme! I got it, and tried it on. To my dismay it was too small. I called customer service and they walked me through measuring my boot, and asked me a few questions about it. Then asked me to send a few pictures, to make sure they understood my description. After receiving the pictures, they called me back and explained that my boot was special....who knew!! (Doctor didn't tell me) They also saved me from having to buy another one down the road. As I had put the velcro on the bottom of my boot. They said that I would have walked a hole in it. That would have made them more money!! Anyway, They completely understood, and shipped me out a new cover that day, which was a Friday. I received my new boot cover on Monday people!!! They told me to call back if the new one still didn't fit, and they would help me figure it out. It fits PERFECTLY!!! Thank y'all for making this bad time in my life a bit better by your kindness and help.

Cast CoverZ are excellent quality and feel good on. If you have to wear a cast for any length of time I highly recommend this company and items. My orders arrived fast! Great way to cheer yourself up with something colorful while having to wear a cast.
