Great fast service as it was needed for a wedding

My son broke his thumb and they had to cast it. He was in a cast halfway up his arm. My son was super bummed when they told us that he couldn't get his cast wet. I bought a cover off Amazon and unfortunately it was not waterproof. So after googling and searching for quite a while I came across Cast Coverz. I was so excited after reading all the reviews and felt very hopeful that this would work. My son's arm is tiny and was in-between sizing. I called the customer service and the lady was extremely helpful and helped me find the correct size. When we received it we tried it out and I was disappointed as my son's hand got slightly wet. I called customer service and she had me send detailed photos to help resolve the issue. We found out that I most likely didn't have it up far enough on his arm the first time to get a good seal. We tried it again and was so happy his arm stayed dry!!! My son was soo happy that he was still able to go swimming while he had his cast. I would highly recommend these covers and this company. They truly care about their product and their customers!
