This item works great. The only problem I had was that the first one that I ordered (medium) was too small. It was returned for a full refund and I ordered a large which fits great. Working with the CastCoverz! customer service was a wonderful experience. The person I spoke with was very nice and I received a postal label to return the one that was too small. I am attaching a guide for ordering size from evenup based on shoe sizes for adults.

With my 4 year old in a fingers to above elbow cast for a few months, the covers we ordered have made everything much more comfortable for her and made it so we could still go on a family vacation to a water park!
