Shopify - Capsuline

Guam was mistakenly considered "international" by the shipping dept, although all USPS rates apply. Capsuline kindly split the cost in half and shipped right away. I am not a BIG customer (no fault of my own...I was just about to make it bigger before C19) but I have been a long time one. Thanks!
