It has been six years since my first purchase of the Capillus cap and the associate who assisted me with the second cap was wonderful. She was very informative, friendly, and professional.

My experience with Capillus was phenomenal. Customer service went above and beyond. As far as the Capillus Pro cap it is just as expected. Comfortable and easy to use. Also love their hair care products.
