Customer service and delivery has all been timely and working as expected. Since I discovered they sometimes test the charger, mine was partially charged, it would be good to include that in directions. Also I wasn’t aware that you are to turn it on before putting cap on as it will then sense its on and automatically come on and shut off in 6 minutes a nice feature. I had slight light headed feeling after sessions so skipped a day twice but the last time I didn’t notice it. Since the cap was a bit large I use a sweat band around my head and the cap edge sits on it also protecting me so I don’t get any light below my forehead or ears. You might suggest to others as it makes cap feel more secure and fits well. I’ve been wanting to ask about studies on the energy and wavelength particularly in regards if any radiation is emitted and depth of penetration since using this is long term. I know when first cell phones came out there were questions of effects of penetrating the brain around the ear. So as far as service, function, and reps that is all great. I took a pic before I started and if I see definite results I’ll let you know as too early to know. Other brands I looked at later are longer sessions and mix in LED’s and claim the Led’s are better at spreading the light and energy for a more uniform coverage where just diodes are too pinpoint. Have no opinion on what’s right, that was from a best seller off Amazon. Since this has shortest routine I like getting it done quickly, but it also makes me wonder about as above light intensity and safety. Any info you have would be appreciated. So as of now you all get a 5. Thanks, the price was good too. I haven’t tried other products with it yet except what I used before getting the cap (minoxidil). I just read an article on a liquid to put on scalp that of all things included melatonin claiming it with quite a few other ingredients would stimulate hair growth quickly but didn’t get it. Can only do so much and too much sort of confuses things.

Excellent Customer service. I have a pro S1 unit that I bought in late 2022 and the lasers no longer lit, likely a problem of the connecting wires that needed replacement. I quickly received a response via email to ship the unit back and after another day, the diagnostic was completed indicating they needed a replacement part which took just less than one week to arrive. The hat was shipped back to me and works like new. All under warranty as advertised.
