The box is very convenient as it can fit through a letterbox, and is made of paper. I love the feel of the cotton pads and tampons (tamp liners are particularly cool), compared to high street brands (although absorbency is understandably a bit less- they are way more comfy though). They are slightly on the expensive side, but I think they’re worth it. Always flexible on the timing and what products you get for each delivery which is good too.

Just so great, the right amount for me and I love that you can handpick what products go into it - it’s like pick n mix!

In my opinion the relationship between quality, quantity and price is really good but it could be better . The first days of my period are awful in terms of how many times do I need to change them and not always I feel fully covered by these pads some leaks happen. The website is easy to understand and I love the option to change your plans whenever you want.

I've been subscribed to Callaly for a little while now after seeing it on Instagram. I exclusively use pads so can only give my review on these and can say that the main bonus of these over rival brands of eco pads is that they stick in place much better. I do find I have to change slightly more frequently than some other brands but for me this is not a big issue. As for the service on the whole, I enjoy the ease of use. It's great that you can try out several different kinds of product and change the selection each time depending on what you need / want. It's super easy to manage the subscription online and the one time I had an issue with my phone browser not allowing me to change what I wanted the email customer service was really friendly efficient and helpful. I also liked the email update on what the company had been doing this year.

Amazing service and so convenient to have my period products delivered. And good for the environment as well.
