I love this tool it’s my third over the years. I was able to order my first two here in the UK but it wasn’t possible this time so I had to order direct from the US. There was an initial problem with shipping details so it took ages for it to arrive but after contacting Customer Services it was sorted and they were really helpful, Excellent! I struggle with blow drying, in fact I’m hopeless, this tool makes styling so much easier for me. Thank you.
