I think some instructions about how the bottle opens

The shipping was timely and the team communicated well despite a bit of bump in communication about my shipping. I was impressed with the customer service in that regards. I will say that I’m having some issues with the bottle/lid itself and it chipping small pieces off every day when I open it, so I hope this is something they will look into and fix. The prescription arriving in a bag to refill my bottle is great but I will also note that it didn’t open as it should and then exploded pills everywhere so in the future I will just cut the top of the bag open to solve that. Over all I love the idea and service, but the chipping lid is a bit concerning as no one wants to invest or pick out tiny plastic shavings. It may just be my lid is faulty but it’s something to look out for.
