Good customer service experience
I tried the disc with the safety net of the 90 day guarantee after years as a cup user. It wasn’t for me. Just doesn’t fit my body well. I know it’s a revelation for many, and that’s great, more diverse products for diverse bodies is a good thing. I have a very high cervix so the disc isn’t great for that.
I contacted customer service and after a few quite personal questions they set me up with a replacement cup that’s on its way. I appreciated Alisha and her helpful service. Thanks Diva.
