I am reaching out regarding a sink strainer I ordered, which I was informed would arrive within three weeks. Unfortunately, it has now been over a month and I still haven't received it. I called your team and was advised to contact UPS directly, but after reaching out, UPS did not provide any helpful response. At this point, I am feeling quite dissatisfied with the experience, even though it’s a small item. There seems to be no one available to speak with directly about the issue, which makes things even more frustrating.

Order # EM20-3796271 was returned by to you by USPS yesterday June 7. I ordered 30 mill of handcream and a 3 mill tube arrived. What a scam.

I never received the item I ordered.

Took long time to get product, with no communication for very long time, I'll never order anything from them again.

Tried to do a return & it’s impossible no one getting back after countless emails & phone calls very disappointed!!!
