Takes to long for delivery of products

howdy from texas. my first order i thought i would have to report fraud to the bank as could not get credit for one eyedrop of two in the order was never sent. good thing i kept trying finally someone understood what was happening to me and issued the credit. normally like all businesses do. so i tried ordering 2nd bottle an went thru the right channels delivered all was good. glad you are back on track. you gave me a sorry run around and was not happy for over a month trying to settle first order. 2nd order worked efficiently. keep up efficiency and you will get better reviews.
