I ordered my item 3 weeks in advance of the start of my trip. You estimate of delivery included my departure date so I contacted you in hopes I could change to expedited delivery. In this day and age of rapid delivery options on just about any website your system seems a bit antiquated and doesn't seem to bode well for a successful future. You might look into changing that.
