First product delivered was damaged. Every market replaced it immediately. Great service!

I will just tell you what happened. I ordered a 150;, 175, 200, and 250 lb grippers. I thought they would be separate, but they have an ingenious way of using 4 small ones that one has to disconnect each time to put a new weight on using two long Allen screws and the one jacket for each side. The grippers are all small and fit into this Jacket. The grippers were actually only up to 200lbs but not really close in reality The box was wrong and listed 200, 250, 300, and 3?? and of course that wasn't sow. But I will use them and for the price they still have value

I ordered a product and it wasnt as i thought it would be, they told me to send back for a refund and they , in fact, Did issue me a refund

good service.

Easy to order, product arrived when expected.
