My bag got broken after 2 uses and i talked with customer service who offered me 10$ to fix it. I’m very disappointed and i’ll never buy from this website again.

third class service & also worst product i did by mistake order which i got almost after 10 days & i contact for return the product they said me for the shipping charge & also 50% amount deduct for the product worst service

Item came damaged

Item came with ripped leather on the inside. Not only arrived damaged but was dirty and dusty in the inside makeup case as well

Terrible customer service. Took hours

Terrible customer service. Took hours upon hours waiting for someone to help me via the chat. And most of the time I never actually got help. An item was out of stock and apparently discontinued. But nobody could tell me that or help me for weeks. I was offered a free item. Only to be charged for it. When it showed up it was a joke. Will never order from them again.
