I ordered 2 of the

I ordered 2 of the crocodile bags. They only sent 1 bag and it was the wrong bag. I sent them my receipt. The representative says I have to send that bag back and they will refund my money and then I can turn around and call them back and reorder the original bags I wanted. I have already been disappointed and have spent to much time on this. I will not call and reorder. The whole thing was a error from their end not mine. Poor customer service.

My cabinet won’t unlock!

I tried every code I could think of and contacted the seller…. Never heard back. I assumed the pre-set code was 000 or 111, but neither worked and there were no directions. I was so excited to use my new cabinet!! So disappointed I can’t get it open.
