They gave me the wrong thing

Shipping wasn’t good - wrong delivery address and only half of order came on re delivery.

Have been waiting since I ordered the product on 17/12/2023. It is now 6/01/2024 and the product has still not arrived. It was intended as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter she is so disappointed!!!

I ordered this for someone’s birthday, i had heard nothing for over a week and then i got an email saying one of the items was out of stock, which is fair enough, but they emailed me this over a week after the order was placed, when they said delivery was less than a week. they then proceeded to offer me 20% off my next order, meaning i would have to buy more products to get the money off, and the website was already 20% off at that point in time, so i didn’t even get offered anything good for all of the hassel caused, overall it took the order 3 weeks to get to us, meaning it arrived nearly 2 weeks after the birthday. absolutely terrible customer service.

I didn’t feel a difference in my skin when using these products
