My experience with Byoma's service was overall positive. The delivery was swift, and the items I ordered were promptly shipped. However, I didn't receive a shipping notification email until after I had already received the parcel, which was a bit surprising. The packaging was well done, ensuring the products arrived safely, although one of the lids did get knocked off a product during transit. Despite this minor issue, I appreciate the effort put into ensuring the items were securely packaged. Overall, while there were some minor hiccups, Byoma's service was efficient and reliable.
