When I made an issue in my order (I ordered the wrong product) Byoma helped straight away within one email my order was cancelled. I then had a issue with the 20% off offer as the website thought I had used it before (which I had but the order was cancelled) when I explained this problem I was immediately sent a new code by the Byoma team! The staff were lovely and were happy to help!

So far, no complaints at all! Great products which I will continue to use!

Great product - no more words needed

The parcel came in 2 days of me ordering I was very pleased

I’m very in to my skin care especially as I’m approaching my 40’s . I am especially only interested in products with No parfum or fragrance in them. Byoma not only delivers on that. The range of products is amazing. Love the products packaging I think it’s brilliant. I buy from Boots and I order directly from Byoma and have not had any isssues. Products arrive on time and well packaged. Thank you Byoma 😊
