Customer service ignored my request
The day of my autoship, I realized an additional item I didn’t need or want was included from a separate autoship I thought had been cancelled. I reached out the moment I received the notification that it was being prepared for shipping to request the Clean be removed from my order. Not only did they not remove it, but I never received a response of any kind from customer service. It was extremely disappointing, especially since the shipment didn’t get sent out til after I reached out to customer service.
