I have been a faithful customer more than a decade. I love the products and believe in them and the positive affect they have on my health, however this years price increases again along with every essential life sustaining expense has increased so significantly - I cannot afford to purchase at the higher prices. I have had to skip months. Skip products I have taken for 10 years. Just like everything else, there is no discount or reward for loyalty enough to make it plausible ~ I cannot grow the money, so I reduce the number of months I can purchase. Very unfortunate. I want to and have continued to praise the product to those I believe will benefit and I get the same feedback from them! Cost too high.

the new packaging is less convenient for an on-the-go life style. It was so much easier to throw a few packets in my bag for the day. I miss the packets.
