Holy outstanding! I wish this was a paid advertisement, but it’s not. Anyhow this just goes to show you how incredible this amazing company is!! So they already have the best Customer Guarantee Satisfaction Policy, and so I had requested an exchange for a different item. Okay no biggie, they don’t question it and immediately initiate an exchange and tell me I don’t even have to return my original product I was wanting an exchange for?!? As I’m anxiously waiting for my package, I finally get a notification that it was delivered!!! YAYYY….but only to realize it was sadly shipped to the wrong address (booo tomato tomato as SOPH would say) LOLL. So of course, I reach out to Buff Chicks Customer Service about the issue. Y’ALLLLLL when I tell youuuu, they outdid themselves, THEY OUTDID THEMSELVES!! Tell me why they genuinely apologized for the inconvenience (was honestly not an inconvenience, because I’d buy again in a heartbeat) BUT REFUNDED ME MY ENTIRE PURCHASE THAT I ORIGINALLY MADE!!! (Mind you it was a pretty big purchase) Like wahhhh?!? (Please insert Kim K gif here as I sob in tears of how amazing this company is) Despite me not being able to get my requested product for an even exchange due to it being out of stock (that clearly tells you how good these products are if you don’t believe this review here) Here’s your reminder to support and get you some products from Buff Chick because no one does it better than them!!

I recently purchased a Buff Coffee product and reviewed as tasty but too sweet. After submitting I was quickly contacted by customer service to try one of their less sweet options. Within 2 days I received a notification that one of their other products was on the way! Buff Chick now has a customer for life! Love the other products I tried :)
