I’ve been purchasing Skincuticles and Alastin product from Boutique Skin Envie for almost three years. I love being to acquire points and use against future purchases. Their customer service follow up is excellent.

One of the items I ordered was not going to be in stock for some time. Customer service reached out and gave me options for how to proceed. I opted for a refund on that product, and they were prompt and considerate. Perhaps one consideration: I would have likely taken a substitute had one been offered. I’m not a beauty expert and would have welcomed some advice. Very happy with BSE customer service!
