I was surprised to notice a genuine improvement in my sleep and exercise using these. They are not very durable and a few struts have broken within two weeks of using them.

I think they make a noticeable difference. Comfortable to wear but omg they smell so bad at first, but the benefit to breathing outweighed my dislike of the smell. Hoping it offgases before too long. Sadly, the size L came out of my nose overnight the first night I wore it and my dog ate it. Womp womp. Using the M now and praying it stays in. I'm so sad, not cheap for immediately losing one.

I love how it opens up airway. It's comfortable. Is hard to clean. soaking works ok but I think if there wasn't so many openings twood make it easier to clean.

I can breathe Better. I can tolerate it overall. I think it was a good purchase.
