Ordering the device and using my FSA funds made the purchase very easy. The device was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and met my expectations for product quality.

Service was great but neither my PT nor I are having any luck with keeping the darned thing from sliding down my leg. Can't seem to make it tight enough. I'll contact you folks tomorrow for suggestions.
