I ordered a replacement strap for my husband's foot brace not really knowing what foot brace he had, the customer service was very helpful, got the correct strap and it was delivered within a week. My only complaint is that it was $100 for a strap made of polyester and Velcro.

Had to exchange something I bought and return/exchange process very easy.
