Shipping took place 3 days after my order was placed and arrived 7 days after that. I haven’t had a need to use their customer service, so I can’t comment on that. But all in all, I have no complaints and am enjoying the products!

Ordering is pretty simple. The rewards program is great! And shipment tracking is nice. I love the products!
