My shipment came quickly. I got the curls redefined seal + shield curl cream and gel. The cream seems to have separated a bit. It was super watery at first with “chunks” in it. So I shook it. It did seem to thicken into a cream once I did that, but after a couple uses it separated again. There is nothing on the directions about shaking it. Being new to your products I was a bit taken aback by that. So far I am still figuring out if I like it or not and I am concerned that this inconsistency with the cream is causing an issue with how it’s working out on my hair. I haven’t completely given up, but it’s a bit weird.

The cleanser is almost like water. Took almost a quarter bottle to wash my hair.

The shopping process was great, but I feel the product I purchased was misrepresented in the website description.
