Impressive delivery, attractive packaging

I bought two Bossy eyeliners--Lac Menara and Ciel Atlas. Both colors are vibrant (but not garish) and do wonders for my blue eyes. The pencils glide on easily and can be smudged until set. Then, they wear like iron. When the liners arrived, I had a tough time getting the tops off and did some minor damage to the pencils in the process. I called Bossy to let them know about the problem with the tops, and the Boss herself answered the phone and insisted on sending me replacements -- and an extra color to boot. Wow. Great products and amazing service. I'm a huge fan!
