Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and I’m happy with my lash cleaning brush.

I had an order that was taking an extreme long amount of time to be received. I contacted customer service by phone first, then contacted by email. My email was returned quickly, my order ended up being cancelled. Just so happen that Borboleta was having a sale, I bought the same items plus one more. The day I received the second order I received the first one. I contacted customer service again so that I could return the first order, they were quick to send me a label so I could return. Customer service is amazing!
