Great shipping! However, hair life is short. After two weeks… it became rough :(

I had a shipping address error and requested help from the customer support team. It actually ended up being a UPS error, not an error with Boho Locs. But the team responded quickly and followed up to make sure it was resolved and offered to help if further issues occurred. I appreciated their responsiveness!

I've been a long time customer and have mostly purchased the Queen locs, but I wore the Majesty Twists in Lit for ~6 months last year and they have quickly climbed the ranks as one of my favorite boholocs styles. Beautiful ombre, great length, good construction, and plenty of individual twists to provide a full look. Definitely going to come back to this style again and again!
