Terrible customer service and unreasonably slow delivery. Items shown as being stock are not always in stock and customers are not advised of this or provided with updates when there are problems with orders - they are just left hanging and made to telephone Bodyment themselves.

Ordered 7th July - didn't even get processed until 19th July and will probably take 2 another weeks to receive. I had to email and follow up as the order had been forgotten. Extremely disappointed.

Tried ringing all the phone numbers and left messages and no one has hit back to me. 0428899648 Alison Keen

Shipping was extremely slow from order to receipt. No communication regarding the delay either.
