After I placed the order
After I placed the order I realized it was going to be an international shipment and tried to cancel it. I never got a response so I just waited for it to arrive so I could return it. Six weeks later I still didn't have the compression so I contacted Bodyment again asking about my order. First I tried online chat but despite being advised that the rep was available no one showed up after about five minutes to chat with me. I then used the online form (again) to determine the status of my order but didn't receive a response. A few days later, I did the same thing but didn't receive a response. Today I received an email saying my order was shipped. If it took 6.5 weeks to fulfill the order you certainly could have canceled the order back in July. Now I have to wait until it arrives and send it back. Astonishingly poor customer service
