Do not buy from Bodyment!! Purchased my order 24 days ago. Aus post states still being processed. Tried numerous times to call, email, Facebook message and use the online ticketing system with not one single reply to my multiple attempts. Absolutely appalling. Can’t find where to request a refund besides the ticket system that obviously no one looks at. Please read other reviews online about this company before purchasing!!

Difficult to liaise with. No response to several emails. No apology or explanation for my missing item from original order.

Took almost 2 weeks to ship the order. Cancelled an order and was told I would receive a refund. It had been almost a month and still no refund has been received. Customer service takes ages to get back to you.

Don't honour multi-buy pricing advertised on your website. False and misleading, and I'll be escalating this.
