Due to the shipping experience I have to give you only 1 star!
I experienced such a disappointment when my parcel went missing with Royal Mail to South Africa. I am dealing with Gavin from Body Clock who is going out of his way to assist and accommodate my needs. I would suggest that you make use of courier services ONLY when sending parcels to South Africa. I'm still waiting for the delivery, but have good faith that this will happen soon!
