Send product bck and haven't received my refund and it been over a week

Very good polite and friendly service, what i ordered arrived promptly,will definitely use this service again

I was told by phone and with several emails that this was suitable to use for EMS on my face with Bell's Palsy. The instruction manual clearly says not to be used on a face so I am returning this item to you for refund. Please do not mislead people.
