The idea behind Blueshift Nutrition is great! I know there’s a ton of reviews from people who really enjoy their blends. I, on the other hand, did not. They were either awful to me of just really bland. I think the nutrients in them are really there and do work, however, so I’m not upset about the flavors. They just aren’t for me. The shipping was great and everything was packaged carefully. I love the bottle and the connection to the app. Wonderful idea! My only suggestion on that would be a slight re-design so you can put ice in it. Maybe increase the oz amount too, but 14oz to start isn’t bad at all.

I only gave it 3 stars because I’m still trying to make up my mind. I think it’s a good idea but for me not as practical as taking vitamins the old way and that’s my problem not the bottle’s. Please give me time to truly decide.

The supplements are really good. My one concern are the pods if you put three in the pod container it all goes well when you break one to get mixed with the water the pods that aren’t open breaks it happened to me twice after getting my bottle today and using it. Had to clean the top part of the bottle twice . Wasted two pods. I’ll still use it a suggestion make the plastic covering a bit stronger on the pods but will still be easy to tear with the bottle
