Your customer service person was great, however your product still needs a lot of work. Which is why I returned it. At the price point your asking you need to do more research to improve the design of the bottle to make sure it doesn’t leak as well as keep the liquid cold since you can’t put ice in the bottle. I also found your drink blends to be poor tasting and not to my liking.

This is a great idea, I love being able to track all my liquids in the app. I hate Swallowing pills, this is a great alternative .
