No bleach my ass, it fucked up my friends hair. It was super patchy, and not very pink.

Never received my package even after reaching out and getting no response

I reached out to BL to return my order but after over a week I had no reply, so I decided to just try the products I brought. The results were awful. I have now spent a lot of money trying to fix my hair after using Bleach London. Still chasing a refund!

I ordered 2 bottles of Rose Shampoo and received Semi Permanent Hair Color Cream instead. I’d like to return these for a refund but I can’t get anyone from Bleach London to respond to me!
