I had an issue with the elixir received. I reached out to Black Magic Alchemy and they promptly replaced the elixir at no charge. I've been in contact with them a few times and they are very responsive and helpful. The chaga mushroom elixir and chaga chunks for tea are fabulous. Your skin will definitely thank you.
