The bottle was wrapped very well, but somehow showed up with a cracked lid. A little had leaked out, but not too much was lost. I rinsed the bottle off in the sink and placed it on the shelf in my refrigerator. 2 days later I had purchased some sparkling water and was excited to try a Chaga root beer… when I reached for the bottle, it was stuck fast to the glass shelf of my refrigerator. I have it a twist and then a quick jerk, thinking it must just be a little sticky from the spillage in shipping. The bottle bottoms snapped right off, and the whole contents of the bottle gushed over my refrigerator and onto the floor. I spent 2 hrs cleaning my kitchen and everything in the fridge and freezer below. Had to use a chisel to remove the broken bottle bottom. Worst day, ever. I truly love this product and was heart broken to lose the entire purchase in this way. I don’t know what makes it so sticky (sugar?) but it is the stickiest thing you will ever put in your fridge… please be careful if any of this stuff gets outside the bottle.

Almost a month since I placed the order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Lovely product, but terrible customer service. I ordered two bottles of the Elixir nearly three weeks ago and I have still yet to receive them. My numerous emails have gone unanswered. Please get your act together, and either get the products I ordered to me asap or process me a refund.
