The response time of how quickly my replacement battery was sent once I purchased it and these delivery time was even better. I’m very happy with the replacement battery and I’m looking forward to working with Bishop in the future. I have the stainless steel one Packard I bought it off of a friend and I didn’t have a warranty, but I was able to get a battery replacement after showing I had it and I am very excited that I was treated the way I was and how I was and happy with the way everything went
