Love the protein. Use it almost everyday after lifting. Developed great muscle mass and definition on some old shoulders!

I received a free sample of vanilla protein powder and purchased the peach mango with it. Now with this, collagen and vitamins I have all on Subscription each month and have lost some family says, and I have more energy. I don't have a scale but I did take a beginning picture and will post a side by side once I feel I can see a difference. I do know from Dr's office I did weigh 170 before starting and 167 last month. I go back next week and will post results then.
