Great Enjoy regular bowel movements!

My husband's A1C was slowly inching up and his doctor was talking about the "next step" which I took to mean insulin. He's on metformin, but doesn't always eat right. I started him on Sugar Shift about a year ago. His A1C has gone from 7. 6 to 7. 2 and he has lost about 20 pounds. His doctor just scratches her head. She says this is very unusual.
