It's nice to know there are still companies that respond to customers quickly and with a personalized response -- not one generated by a chat bot. I'm a SugarShift customer and will soon make my first batch of yogurt. I highly recommend this company, not only for its products, but for its superb customer service as well.

An item was missing from my last order. Within 20 minutes of hitting send I had a response with a confirmation of a replacement shipment. Great products along with great customer service.
