My initial order arrived in a timely fashion but the cap to the shampoo had broken and spilled all over. I emailed customer service and in about an hour I had a new bottle on the way. I also messed up the coupon code I had and didn't realize until after the order. Customer service had me sorted out almost immediately and I did all of that at about 11:30 pm on a Sunday no less. Couldn't be happier with those experiences or my products. One exception is the body wash. I'm not thrilled with it like I expected to be
